Here's the skinny on our custom ordering process:

• Must place order at least 1 week in advance.
• Advance notice is suggested, during peak seasons we book up quickly.
• Payment is due at time of order.
• Due to the extensive custom work involved in the preparation of these custom goodies, there are no refunds or exchanges for orders cancelled within 7 days of delivery date.
• If applicable, email a high resolution .jpeg file of artwork (for logos, specific detailed items).
